Kids Yoga at Five Birds Farm is a wonderful way to learn yoga, connect to nature, and have a fun & engaging experience with all your friends! Each class is centered around a theme, includes games, crafts & fun for everyone! This offering is designed for children ages 4-10, but will be suitable for all ages of kids (younger ones with parent's help). Parents can drop children off and enjoy the beauty of Five Birds Farm or join in with your kiddo for yoga time.
